PLANNING BOARD HEARING
BETHLEHEM TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM
On Wednesday February 26, 2020 at 6:pm at the town hall the Bethlehem Planning Board will conduct a public hearing. They will consider an application for a lot line adjustment between Ronald and Krista Bingham and Matthew Toms.
- (413-031 map and lot) Matthew Toms to become 27.64 acres
- (413-46.2 map and lot) Ronald and Krista Bingham to become 59.49 acres
On the same evening a minor subdivision of land between (Matthew Toms, Kathleen
Kohatsu) and Mountain View & Presidential Lane Road Association will follow.
- TOMS/KOHATSU (413-031 map and lot) to become 11.84 acres
- TOMS/KOHATSU (413-46.2.1 map and lot) to become 15.61 acres
Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Plans are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Office at the Bethlehem Town Hall during regular business hours.
The public hearing will start at 6:00pm on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Hall. Applicants will be heard in order as to when their application was submitted. (see agenda at bethlehemnh.org)
Please note: applications may not be heard at scheduled times due to longevity of each individual application.
