Wednesday September 23, 2020 the Bethlehem Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall to receive an application for a minor sub-division. Property located at 43 Beech Hill Road.

Due, to the State of Emergency declared by the Governor as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this public body is authorized to meet electronically. The public can access this meeting by following the link found on the Town of Bethlehem website bethlehemnh.org. A conference phone number is also provided should internet access be an issue. You may attend this hearing in person at town hall with all Covid protocols in place.
Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Plans are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Office at the Bethlehem Town Hall during regular business hours.
