ZONING BOARD HEARING
BETHLEHEM TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM
Tuesday June 12, 2018 the Bethlehem Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an Application for a Special Exception for a home business in District II. ‘Assembly” is not a permitted use without a Special Exception. Property located at 101 Hydro Road. Map 415 Lot 017-003-007 Owners: Three T’s Trust, Tory and Laura Wells.
Also, on Tuesday June 12, 2018 the Bethlehem Zoning Board will consider an Application for a Special Exception for property setbacks. Side setback without a Special Exception in District II is 30 feet. (garage) Property located at 731 Maple Street, Map 414 Lot 016-002. Owner: Joel Brantley
Should a decision not be reached at this public hearing, the application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Plans are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Office at the Bethlehem Town Hall during regular business hours.
The public hearing will start at 6:00pm on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Hall.
