ZONING BOARD HEARING
BETHLEHEM TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM
On Tuesday November 20, 2018 the Bethlehem Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an Application for a Special Exception. Rudarpa Inc. Landfill Gas Processing Facility is requesting a Special Exception for the property located at 473 Trudeau Road, parcel #2. Property is in District 2 which requires a Special Exception for the construction of an industrial facility. Map 209, Lot 27–002 On July 31, 2018 Rudarpa received approval for a Special Exception from the ZBA for a two-acre parcel. Since this approval, the land has been sub-divided. Rudarpa is requesting an approval for one of the subdivided parcels. 209-027-002. This consists of 5.49 acres.
Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Zoning Board agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Plans are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Office at the Bethlehem Town Hall during regular business hours.
The public hearing will be held at 6:30pm on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Hall.
