ZONING BOARD HEARING
BETHLEHEM TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM
On Tuesday November 20, 2018 the Bethlehem Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an Application for Special Exception. Bethlehem Workforce Housing is the applicant. Community Living at Lloyd’s Hills Limited Partnership c/o AHEAD is the owner. Main Street, Bethlehem NH. Map 205 lot 255 is requesting a Special Exception from the Zoning Board for Dwelling Units – Multifamily living. In district one this is an allowed use with a Special Exception approval from the ZBA. AHEAD was given an approval for a special exception from the ZBA in September of 2016. This was a two-year approval.
Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Zoning Board agenda until it is either approved or disapproved.
Plans are available for review in the Planning and Zoning Office at the Bethlehem Town Hall during regular business hours.
The public meeting will start at 6:00pm on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Hall. Applicants will be heard in order as to when their application was submitted. (see agenda at bethlehemnh.org)
