Public Hearing for a Special Exception
March 3, 2016

On March 3, 2016 @6:15 the Bethlehem Zoning Board of Adjustments will conduct a Public Hearing for consideration of an application for a Special Exception, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance, Article II, General Provisions:

C. No building or structure shall be greater than forty (40) feet in height, unless a Special Exception is granted by the ZBA. However, under no circumstances shall any structure, or building, exceed sixty (60) feet in height. Appurtenances, such as antennae, will not exceed an addition ten (10) feet over the highest point of the building or structure. Personal wireless service facilities and amateur radio antennae are exempted from this provision. (Adopted 3/9/99) (Amended 3/03)

Plans are available for review during regular business hours in the Planning Office on the main floor of the Town Building.

The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Meeting Hall, located on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Building. Elevator access on the ground level.
