Present: Chairman Blanchard, Selectman Culver, Selectman Laleme, Selectman Fiorentino, Selectman Glavac
At 11:30 Chairman Blanchard opened the meeting.
The Board reviewed the warrant article explanations. Selectman Fiorentino moved to approve the warrant article explanations. Chairman Blanchard seconded. Carried 5-0.
Chairman Blanchard moved to accept and expend a check for $2,117.47 received from NHMM JUA Class Action. Selectman Fiorentino seconded. Carried 5-0.
The Board signed the BTLA monthly progress report.
At 11:50 Chairman Blanchard moved to go into non-public session per 91a for personnel and reputation. Selectman Culver seconded. Chairman Blanchard did roll call with all members agreeing to go into non-
public session.
The Board discussed personnel issues.
Selectman Laleme moved to have Dianne’s new part-time hours begin on March 18th, 2013 and to stop Deputy Tax Collector duties on March 13th, 2013. Chairman Blanchard seconded. Carried 5-0.
At 12:15 Chairman Blanchard moved to come out of non-public session. Selectman Culver seconded. Carried 5-0.
At 12:15 Selectman Laleme moved to adjourn. Chairman Blanchard seconded. Carried 5-0.
