On March 9, 2016 @6:45 the Bethlehem Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing for consideration of an application for Site Plan Review for North Country Environmental Services for their property located at 581 Trudeau Road, Bethlehem Tax Map 419, Lot 1. NCES proposes to construct a 24’x18’ greenhouse to be used as a remote classroom by the Bethlehem School District. The landfill’s waste heat recovery system will heat the proposed greenhouse.
Plans are available for review during regular business hours in the Planning Office on the main floor of the Town Building.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Meeting Hall, located on the third floor of the Bethlehem Town Building. Elevator access on the ground level.
