Present: Chairman Johnathan Stevenson, Chris McGrath, Marie Stevenson, Kevin Roy, and Chris Jensen
Absent: Vice Chair Mike Bruno
Chair Johnathan Stevenson opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and read the Agenda for 3 lot line adjustments. Gray/Corey, Zboray/Barton Wayne and Crowe/Pinetree
Johnathan Stevenson read the public notice for Gray/Corey 1213 Cherry Valley Road. Johnathan Stevenson and Chris Jensen read the checklist. (Gardner Kellogg)
Chris McGrath motion to approve that the checklist was complete. Marie Stevenson second 5-0 motion passes.

Public input: Abutter Ken Mitchell asked the board to read the abutters list.
Chris McGrath motion to approve lot line application for Gray/Corey; Marie Stevenson second 5-0 motion passes.
Johnathan Stevenson read the public notice for Crowe/Pinetree. Johnathan Stevenson and Chris Jensen read the checklist.
Board discussion: The checklist needs to be tweaked. More streamlined.
Public input: Abutter Mr. Mitchell would like to know if his property will be affected. It will not.

3 applications: Roger Metras Kim Koprowski Dann (no last name)
Chris Jensen said that Kim Koprowski is the clear choice. He mentioned that he now agreed with the choice of the board to post the position. Marie Stevenson mentioned that social media is very negative to Bethlehem and that we should all try to get along. Chris McGrath said it is a tough choice for him, but he is a true believer of the people. Votes count. Chris McGrath said Kim Koprowski attends a lot of meetings and Roger Metras has been seen at meetings. Dann spoke up to drop out of the race and would like to have his votes go to Kim Koprowski.
Each candidate had their chance to speak. Kim Koprowski explained that she does not belong to any group. She has lived here over 15 years. She ran on her own to be a part of a good working board. She applied for the alternate position and the 3-year term on the ballot.
Roger Metras spoke next: He has lived here for 17 years in the same house with his family. He is interested in a one-year term.
Betsy Phillips said that she is not a social media person. With the election being so close the clear choice is Kim. She doesn’t understand the antagonism within the town.
Martin Glavac said Kim Koprowski did not win and it should be the boards choice, not the voters.
Chris Jensen motion to appoint Kim Koprowski to a 1-year planning board seat. Chris McGrath second 4-1 motion passes Kevin Roy opposed
Kim Koprowski appointed new board member for a 1-year term. She was asked to join the board at the table. She can not vote or motion until she is sworn in.
Minutes from March 27, 2019 Marie Stevenson motion to approve minutes Chris Jensen second 5-0 motion passes.
Board Business
Next meeting March 24, 2019. Chris McGrath and Mike Bruno will not be in attendance.
Bethlehem planning board procedures needs to be updated.
