Bethlehem Selectmen Office
April 21, 2016
Present: Selectman Blanchard, Selectman Staples and Selectman Ubaldo.
Vice Chair, Libby Staples opened the meeting at 12:00 pm. Selectman Blanchard went over some maintenance/safety concerns that he has regarding the Bethlehem Country Club. The gutter is broken and needs to be repaired and the carpet near the entryway is pulling up and should be replaced as it is creating a trip hazard. Larry Fellows Country Club Manager will be getting quotes for both repairs. Mary Jackson, Tax Collector, arrives at the meeting. Vice Chairman Staples moved to go into non-public session per RSA 91-A:3, II (a) & (b) for personnel. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Vice Chairman Staples did roll call with all members agreeing to go into non-public session. The Board discussed hiring a Deputy Tax Collector/Town Clerk. Selectmen Blanchard makes a motion to approve the new hire. Selectmen Staples seconds, all
in favor, motion passes.
At 12:12 pm Vice Chairman Staples moved to come out of non-public session. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Selectmen Staples did roll call with all members agreeing to come out of non-public session.
At 12:12 pm Selectman Staples moved to adjourn. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
