Minutes

6:00 pm

Present: Marie Stevenson, Johnathan Stevenson, David Rodrigues, Linda Moore, and Neil Brody.

Absent: Mike Bruno and Dave Wiley

The elevator was not in service due to a key situation.

Johnathan Stevenson read the public notice and agenda for the meeting concerning certain Planning Board regulations. The board agreed there is a discrepancy in Site Plan and Zoning in reference to parking.

John Stevenson made motion to match the ordinance to reduce the number of spaces from 150 to 200 square feet per parking spot.  Marie Stevenson seconded   5-0 motion carries.

Chris McGrath would like the board to consider the setbacks for existing houses to add a garage that can be flush with the house to match the current structure.  This will be discussed as a possible warrant article for the March 2018 election.  Rita Farrell wants to know what the law says about existing residential dwellings.  Debbie Bayley will check with NHMA for the legalities for setbacks on existing property.

Rita Farrell would like all public notices for applications to state the full name of the applicant.
