Meeting Minutes
May 16, 2018
Present: Chairman Moritz, Selectman Moore, Selectman Ubaldo.
Chairman Moritz opened the meeting at 4:34 pm.
Chairman Moritz moved to go into non-public session per RSA 91A:3 II for matters of personnel. Selectman Moore seconded. Chairman Moritz did roll call with all members agreeing to go into non-public session.
The Board discussed personnel.
Chairman Moritz moved to approve hires EA, JD, EL, TB, GS, JS, TM for the Recreation department. Selectman Ubaldo seconded. Carried 3-0.
Chairman Moritz moved to approve hires PD, SL, LB for the Country Club. Selectman Moore seconded. Carried 3-0.
Selectman Moore approve 2 trainings for David Wiley. Chairman Moritz seconded. Carried 3-0.
At 4:52 Chairman Moritz moved to come out of non-public session. Selectman Ubaldo seconded. Chairman Moritz did roll call with all members agreeing to go into non-public session.
At 4:52 Chairman Moritz moved to adjourn. Selectman Ubaldo seconded. Carried 3-0.
