Bethlehem Selectmen Office
May 2, 2016
Present: Chairman Glavac, Selectman Laleme, Selectman Blanchard.
Chairman Glavac opened the meeting at 1:05.
At 1:05 Chairman Glavac moved to go into non-public session per RSA 91A for matters of personnel. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Chairman Glavac did roll call with all members agreeing to go into non-public session.
The Board discussed Country Club new hires. Selectman Glavac moved to hire the 5 Country Club employees that have been requested. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
The Board discussed employee background checks. Selectman Blanchard moved to change the policy to reflect that employee may begin working contingent on background check results and Recreation employees cannot have unsupervised time with children until background check results. Chairman Glavac seconded. Carried 3-0.
At 2:30 Chairman Glavac moved to come out of non-public session. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
At 2:30 Chairman Glavac moved to adjourn. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
