Present: Chairman Lon Weston, Alan Jackson, Pat Doughty, Amy Delventhal
Excused: Mike Culver
Lon calls the meeting to order at 6:15pm.
Approved minutes read from 4/16/2016
Amy read the public notice.
Pat reads the checklist.
There is discussion on how many parking spaces. There are 70 spaces. There were 71, but that one is now going to be used for the generator pad.
There was discussion on outside lighting; this was deferred to the Planning Board.
Jack, the Fire Chief, stated that all emergency lighting was going to turn on after hours.
Jill Davidson asked if the doors were alarmed – Fire Plan in place.
Lon said we are here for the 40′ limit, not about entering or exiting an emergency door.
Dann the Libertarian spoke up to insist that nobody had the right to cause injury. Hard capes can’t harm your neighbor too much. He wanted to know who decides on authority to make decision, voters or what was voted on.
Lon said: We carry out the right of the voters. Will of the Voters.
Bill Oliver spoke on traffic flow. 49′ will not alter traffic flow.
Lon made a motion to approve Criteria 3 height adjustment. Pat seconded. Motion approved on Criteria 3.
Lon motioned to adjourn. Alan seconded.
Adjourned at 7:00pm.
