May 27, 2015

Present: Dave Wiley, Chris McGrath, Steve Gorman, Marie Stevenson, Mike Bruno, Andrea Bryant and Libby Staples.
Excused: Sandy Laleme, Don Lavoie and Jeanne Robillard

Mike Bruno calls the meeting to order at 6:30.

The board reviews the minutes from the April 22, 2015 meeting.

Motion made by Dave Wiley, seconded by Marie Stevenson, to approve the minutes from April 22, 2015 as presented. Dave, Chris, Steve, and Marie vote in favor. Mike, Libby and Andres abstain due to absence. Motion carried, minutes from April 22, 2015 are approved.

The board reviewed the Lot Line Adjustment procedures as they relate to the Subdivision regulations, which state:

Section 5, Subdivision Procedures:
5.06 Public Hearing:
Prior to the approval of a subdivision, a public hearing shall be held as required by RSA:4, I(d) with notice given to the Applicant, abutters, and the public.

A public hearing shall not be required when the Board is considering or acting upon:
1.Lot line adjustments which do not create buildable lots, except that notice to abutters shall be given prior to approval of the application and any abutter may be heard on the application upon request.

Dawn relates to the board that currently a public hearing is being required for all Lot Line Adjustment applications. Joanna Ray brought the discrepancy to Dawn’s attention while submitting an application. The board agrees that the Ray’s Lot Line Adjustment meets the criteria for not holding a public hearing. From this point forward the board will adhere to the subdivision regulations when considering an application for Lot Line Adjustment.

The board requested that the Master Plan Survey results meeting be moved to July 8, 2015. Dawn will contact June Garneau to let her know about the change/

Motion made by Dave Wiley, seconded by Marie Stevenson, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55. All members in favor, meeting adjourned.
