Public Meeting
Tuesday May 31, 2016
6:00 pm
Present: Chairman Lon Weston, Patrick Doughty, Amy Delventhal, Alan Jackson and Mike Culver
Lon Weston calls the meeting to order at 6:10
The board looks over meeting minutes from May 10, 2016.
Alan Jackson motioned to approve the minutes, Amy Deventhal seconded All approve. Minutes approved.
Patrick Doughty reads the Public Notice for Ahead.
Alan Jackson reads the checklist: Many items were not included in the maps provided. (Going back to 2015)
Mike Culver states that the maps are very small and extremely hard to read. The board agrees. Olivia Beleau from Ahead tries to help in the placement of telephone poles, fire hydrants, drainage and wetlands to no real avail.
Lon Weston motions to continue this meeting until the proper maps are provided. Patrick Doughty seconded.
Chris McGrath speaks up from the audience to say that the plans should have been looked at ahead of time. The plans have been available in the town office to look at for almost a month. Lon Weston agrees, but states this is his busy time. But it still should have been looked at. Chris McGrath wants a motion for the zoning board to go and see the plans ahead of time.
Including 3 sets of Large current plans
Karen McGinnley attorney for the Ahead project motioned to speak. She stated that she/Ahead wanted to withdrawn the application until such time that they have all of their facts complete. Patrick Doughty motion to accept. Amy Deventhal seconded. All in favor. Motion passed to submit a new plan to the Zoning board at a later date.
Mike Culver motion to adjourn, Amy Deventhal 2nd meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm
