Wednesday, July 20, 2016
6:00 pm
Present: Vice-Chair Dave Wiley, Sandy Laleme, Chris McGrath, Johnathan Stevenson.
Mike Bruno: absent
Marie Stevenson: absent
Dave Wiley opened the meeting at 6:00 pm
The board looked over the minutes from June 13, 2016. Dave Wiley suggested that we continue minutes till the meeting August 27, 2016 since there was not a quorum.
There was discussion about correspondence going to the board members via email from Dann. Some members felt it to be too political, as it didn’t pertain to the current issues. This will be allowed. You can’t sensor speech.
June Garneau suggested that the board work on a vision statement. Suggestions will be taken from the town wide survey. “What is your vision”? June will work on vision statement
Board reviewed chapter 10, 5 and 6.
Discussion continued into survey results and how they will be incorporated into the master plan. June Garneau submitted a list of maps from the old plan, and others to consider are Zoning & Parcel map.
Next Master Plan meeting will be held at the library on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 and Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 6PM
