Chairperson Laleme said everyone should be treated with respect. Selectman Blanchard said if someone is upset they should call the selectmen, not yell at the Administrative Assistant. Chairperson Laleme said they allow for public comment at the meetings so if someone has a problem they can address it with the Board at a meeting or could also email the Board.
Chairperson Laleme said they have the letter to Mr. Ingerson about the Site Plan Review on his access road. Chairperson Laleme said edits have been made so does the Board want to move to send the letter or refer it back to the attorney. Chairperson Laleme moved to send letter. Selectman Glavac seconded. He said he also reported it to April and asked that the Board be notified of it and asked the Board if they received the email that April said she was going to send. The board confirmed they received the email. Chairperson Laleme said the Board will review the procedure on odor complaints. Mr. Cznary asked that the Board be notified from now on and asked that the police go to bear witness to the odor.
