Bethlehem Selectmen Office
August 31, 2015
Present: Chairman Culver, Selectman Laleme, Selectman Blanchard.
Chairman Culver opened the meeting at 6:30pm.
Chairman Culver moved to go into non-public session per 91A:3 II (a) (c) (d). Selectman Blanchard seconded. Chairman Culver did roll call with all members agreeing to go into nonpublic session.
Chairman Culver moved to give 45 day extension for Gould and Healey to close on properties. Selectman Laleme seconded. Carried 3-0.
Selectman Blanchard moved to extend closing for Newell until October 25th. Selectman Laleme seconded. Carried 3-0.
Selectman Culver moved to write off run#68799 and try to verify correct address for run #104089. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
Chairman Culver moved to accept taxpayer agreement to repurchase. Selectman Laleme seconded. Carried 3-0.
At 7:23 Chairman Culver moved to come out of non-public session. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Chairman Culver did roll call with all members agreeing to come out of non-public session.
At 7:23 Chairman Culver moved to adjourn. Selectman Blanchard seconded. Carried 3-0.
