Master Plan Work Session
MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday. September 28, 2016

Bethlehem Town Library
6:00 pm

Present: Chairman Michael Bruno, Chris McGrath, Marie Stevenson

Absent: David Wiley, Sandy Laleme, Jonathan Stevenson, Steve Gorman

Master Plan Planning committee in attendance: Frank Claffey, Rita Farrell, Dann and Kevin Roy

The Master Plan meeting started at 6:00pm. Fue to this meeting not having a quorum, nothing will be voted on, just discussed.

June Garneau went over what was reviewed from the last master plan meeting. Chapter, 10, 5 and 6. The board and the committee discussed the Vision Statement, survey results, mapping and other loose ends.

The board and the committee looked over the typos, asknowledgement, and vision statement, info from the selectmen’s office, survey results, implementation plan, and an email from Sandy Laleme. There was discussion on maps, with color coating for districts. Deer Yards were discussed.

There was talk about updating the cover page of the Master Plan with a more current look at Bethlehem.

Mike Bruno motion to adjourn at 8:00pm, Marie Stevenson seconded.
