Chris McGrath is on the Bretzfelder committee. He explained that a TV was stolen from the lower level of the building. Members of the board asked why there is not a link on the website regarding police and fire activity. Referring to 91:A (right to know law)

There was a discussion about the ZBA email from Patrick Doughty requesting the Planning Board not to approve a project until all the state and local permits are approved. Mike Bruno explained that he does not feel as though the planning board should do this. There is already a 2-year window for approved projects. Dave Wiley said that is not good business. This will not be welcoming to a proposed project. He explained how a local project had all their applications from DOT disappear through a DOT computer crash and in so, DOT had no plan base anymore. There are currently outstanding projects up and down main street that we don’t choose to enforce. We can’t pick and choose who to approve or not.

Private roads became a discussion regarding the Engineer on the project signing off on road specs. What does the town expect on road speciation’s for private roads? Johnathan Stevenson and Brett Jackson (road agent) will submit a proposed plan in the future.

The deadline for proposed warrant articles is December 12, 2018. The planning board does not have any proposed warrant articles at this time.
