BETHLEHEM BOARD OF SELECTMEN
MEETING MINUTES
BETHLEHEM TOWN BUILDING MEETING ROOM
January 23, 2012

Present: Selectman Alecia Loveless, Selectman Mike Culver, Selectman Jerry Blanchard, Chairman David
Lovejoy, Selectman Alecia Loveless

Chairman Lovejoy opened the Selectmen’s Meeting at 6:30 pm.

Chairman Lovejoy noted that Jamie Dow from DRA has postponed her appointment due to inclement weather. A new appointment will be set for January 30, 2012 at 6:30 pm.

Selectman Blanchard moved to approve the minutes of January 9th and January 16th. The motion was seconded by Selectman Culver and carried 5-0.

It was noted that Chris Crowe has inadvertently cut trees on Swazey Lane. He was not aware that this was a scenic road as the scenic road sign is missing. He has since stopped cutting.

The implementation of the plan as voted on the 17th is a work in progress. Kevin Roy stated that he hopes to have the Transfer Station on Trudeau open by February 20th. The truck has been ordered as well as the totes for residential garbage pickup. There will be an ad in the paper for a transfer station attendant. The truck will take approximately 45 to 60 days for delivery.

Selectman Laleme moved to give out the remaining garbage bags to Bethlehem residents free of charge. The motion was seconded by Selectman Blanchard and carried 5-0.

At this point, the Board voted to go into non-public per RSA 91-A to discuss personnel matters.

Respectfully submitted,
Cheryl Sargent,
Administrative Assistant
