Northern NH Attractions in the White Mountains

Littleton: Nestled in the Ammonoosuc River Valley, Littleton is just down the street from Bethlehem. Littleton also boasts a lively Main Street and area recreation. And no visit to Littleton is complete without seeing New Hampshire’s most welcoming attraction, Pollyanna, Littleton’s jubilant bronze sculpture which tributes hometown author Eleanor H. Porter!

Littleton is approximately 10 minutes from Bethlehem.

Twin Mountain: The villages of Twin Mountain & Bretton Woods are in the town of Carroll New Hampshire. Twin Mountain is home to the Mount Washington Cog Railway, the world’s first ever mountain-climbing cog railway. In addition to being home to this iconic attraction, Twin Mountain/Bretton Woods welcomes many area attractions including the Bretton Wood Ski Area and Adventure Center, which has activities and events year-round.

Twin Mountain is approximately 15 minutes from Bethlehem.

Take an extended vacation and make a trip across our northern border. From Bethlehem, you can get to the Canadian border in 2 hours if you go through the Pittsburg / Chartierville Border Crossing.
