BETHLEHEM TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM

6:00 pm
Present: Chair Patrick Doughty, Mike Culver, Kim Johnson and Andrea Bryant
Absent: Amy Delventhal
Patrick Doughty opened the meeting at 6:00pm.
Minutes from March 21, 2018: Patrick Doughty motioned to approve the minutes and Mike Culver seconded. 3-0 motion carries
Hearing for Robert and Linda OROS, SPECIAL EXCEPTION
Patrick Doughty read the public notice and asked Gardner Kellogg to present the application.
Mr. Doughty and Mike Culver discussed that a Special Exception was not necessary, the board agreed.
The board deemed the SE unnecessary due to it not being a multifamily unit. They are separate cabins; a multifamily unit would be a building with more than one unit.
No public input
Patrick Doughty motioned that OROS do not need a SE to continue with the cabin project. It is an allowed use. Mike Culver seconded 4-0 motion passed
Mike Culver motioned to close public hearing Andrea Bryant seconded 4-0 motion carries
Public input:
Rita Farrell was concerned about Dollar General on certain specifications. She was directed to look at the plans in the Planning/Zoning office.
Andrea Bryant motion to adjourn 4-0 unanimous
