Present: Lindsay Webb, Vivian Winterhoff, Margaret Gale, Cheryl Jensen, Nicole McGrath, Linda Moore
Absent: Alternate Marilyn Johnson, Alternate Jeanne Robillard
Lindsay called the meeting to order at 6:01pm.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss roadside cleanup given the current coronavirus pandemic. Due to limitations on gatherings and social distancing guidelines it will not be possible to hold the traditional roadside cleanup as the BCC as done in the past. The BCC members discuss encouraging residents of Bethlehem to clean up in their neighbors while following social distancing guidelines.
Lindsay shared a draft write up. There were some minor edits made to the write up. Participants will be asked to share how much they cleaned up and where on the Conservation Commission’s Facebook page. Cheryl will publicize the “event” and Linda will notify Kevin Roy at Casella and the relevant Town Departments. A date range of May 2nd and 3rd was chosen for the cleanup.
Cheryl motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:33pm, Linda seconded, 6-0.
