Zoning Board Meeting
April 12, 2016
Call to order: 6:00pm
Present: Lon Weston, Alan Jackson, Amy Delventhal, Patrick Doughty, Mike Culver
The board reviewed the minutes from March 3rd 2016. Amy made a motion to accept with name change. (John Arnold) Alan 2nd minutes approved.
The board reviewed the minutes from (March 16) changed to March 22, 2016. Pat made motion to approved 2nd by Mike. Minutes approved with date change. Open meeting again 6:15.
Lon asked for any input concerning granting the rehearing for the Arlington. To permit a 31’x12’ portion of the building located at 1848 Main street, Bethlehem, NH TM 204-50 to be 50.98 feet in height is specifically conditioned on the use of a door in that building section be limited to emergency use only.
Chief Anderson was very pleased with easy access to all utilities in the basement. He would like a two way door, and possibly a larger one.
Pat made a motion for granting the rehearing with no input, focusing on Criteria #3. Amy 2nd. Motion passed.
New public notice will be published in the Caledonian and Littleton Currier . Abutters will be notified. Another public hearing will be held at a later date on criteria #3.
