Public Hearing
The Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on March 27, 2013 to be held at the Town Building 3rd Floor for the following:
Meeting starts at 6 to hear other business.
6:45p.m. The Planning Board will consider an application for a Site Plan Review for Christopher & Rebecca Crowe located on Stoney Acres Drive Tax Map 404 Lot 035, a 77 acre lot for Two Organic egg production barn 46’ by 588’.
7:30 p.m. The Planning Board will consider an application for a Site Plan Review for Balance Bethlehem located on Main St Tax Map 203 Lots 055-002, 055-003 4.88 ac for a Wellness Center Including Yoga studios, adaptive sports space, teaching kitchen,
acupuncture and massage practitioners office and a small café’.
Application is available for viewing in the Planning Board Office during normal business hours.
Our building is handicapped accessible. The elevator can be accessed at the ground level
entry way located off the parking lot.
