Trying to figure our our timing it was asked if theNCES permit has it been granted yet?

Julie asked DES if it was and has not gotten back to them. It was deemed incomplete in June. But as of July NCES replied to incomplete parts. Nothing still not there.

Barry is going to ask Kevin what is happening,

NCES has not come to PB yet.

Barry. Opinion he emailed us… normandeua for compaction truck estimate..was costly..

Has the idea of Town getting its own six ton truck… good used for 70-80,000

With pay as you throw people will be more likely to reduce waste..

Get bins and. Baler?…

Vermont has to have a tax neutral system. Vermont is taking compostables out of waste stream to landfill.

Have pool of revenue..

He thinks bethlehem would make. $70,000 for bags.

He did research comparing Littleton and Whitefield numbers.

15,000 for truck

20,000 labor cost

Have to continue to have a capital reserve fund

Have an attendant at the truck and recyclables go to littleton… $15.00 hour
