Procedural Order Re: Changing the Start Time for the September 23, 2024 Hearing
By Order and Notice dated July 29, 2024, the Site Evaluation Committee (SEC) scheduled a public hearing in this matter on September 23, 2024. The public hearing was to have commenced at 1 PM at the offices of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, 21 South Fruit Street, Suite 10, Concord, N.H. 03301. Due to a conflict in scheduling, the SEC will now meet in public session for consideration of matters pending in the above referenced docket on September 23, 2024 at 4:30 PM at the offices of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, 2l South Fruit Street, Suite 10, Concord, N.H.
The SEC orders that the Petitioners post a copy of this procedural order updating the time of the public hearing on their website no later than September 9, 2024 and file an affidavit attesting to said publication with the Chairman of the Committee on or before September 16, 2024.
