The Bethlehem Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6:15 p.m. to receive an application for a Lot Line Adjustment.

Former Sinclair Lot, Tax Map 205 Lot 20, District 1 Main Street

4.78 acres to become 2.42 acres

AND

Owners: Housing Initiatives of New England Corp (HINEC)

46 Agassiz St, Tax Map 205 Lot 21, District 1

2.21 acres to become 4.57 acres
