Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for a lot line adjustment for The Diers Family Revocable Trust of 2001, 16 Moose Trail, Map 415 Lot 168 and Lentini Trust, 8 Moose Trail, Map 415 Lot 167, will be submitted to the Planning Board on June 14, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Bethlehem Town Hall, 2155 Main St, Bethlehem, NH, during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Bethlehem subdivision regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a review of the application on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.


Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
