PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

May 8, 2024

6:00 pm

 Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 91-A, Right-to-Know Law, the Bethlehem Planning Board will hold a public meeting with Eversource on May 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm to hear Eversource’s request for  wavier, pursuant of RSA 674:30, for the 40-foot height limitation under the Bethlehem Zoning Ordinance, Article II, Part D, as relates to a maintenance project Eversource has planned within Eversource’s 115 kV U199 and X178 Transmission Lines.

A detailed description of the project and the wavier request are available for review in the Bethlehem Planning and Zoning Office.
