Public Hearing Notice

According to NH Revised Statutes Annotated Section 675:7 – Notice Requirements for Public Hearing; notice shall be given for the time and place of each public hearing held under RSA 675:2-4 and RSA 675:6.

The Bethlehem Planning Board will hold a public meeting with Eversource at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, in the Town Hall Meeting Room to hear Eversource’s request for wavier, pursuant of RSA 674:30, for the 40-foot height limitation under the Bethlehem Zoning Ordinance, Article II, Part D, as relates to a maintenance project Eversource has planned within Eversource’s 115 kV U199 and X178 Transmission Lines.
