Herbed Heirloom Tomato Salad




2 pounds heirloom tomatoes cut in large chunks
1 cucumber, diced
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
½ cup chopped fresh herbs like basil, cilantro, tarragon and mint


Toss all the vegetables and herbs together and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper and enjoy!
