Honey Panna Cotta
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp gelatin
3 cups heavy cream
1⁄2 cup honey
Pinch of salt
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over milk and let soften. Gently heat cream, honey, and salt over medium heat.
Add softened gelatin to cream mixture and stir to combine. Pour into dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate until set.
We like to serve with fresh seasonal berries and Italian cookies.
