Maple Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:

This recipe can be used for salmon, venison or beef.

 

1⁄3 cup maple syrup
1⁄3 white wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 small onion, minced
12 cloves of garlic, minced Freshly ground pepper

 

Directions:

Combine maple syrup, white wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic and black pepper in a shallow non-aluminum bowl large enough to hold whatever you wish to marinade.

For salmon, marinate for 1 – 3 hours, for venison or beef marinate overnight.
