Mezcal Moonrise

Ingredients:
2 oz Mezcal
1 oz pineapple cordial (substitute pineapple juice if no cordial)
3⁄4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
Slice of lime for garnish
Directions:
Add Mezcal, lime juice, pineapple cordial and ice, and shake well until chilled.
Fine-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish slice of lime and serve.
