Profile Technologies – new service agreement
The Board discussed options for a renewing the town’s agreement with Profile Technologies. Has not been updated in years. 2 options, Gold or Silver. The board decided holding off on signing the new agreement until the phone system update was completed.
Mike Bruno – new phone numbers for town? Selectman Moritz explained difference between phone project and new agreement. Main phone numbers will remain the same, but extensions will change.
Credit Card issuance
Selectman Caplain made a motion to issue credit card to General Assistance Supervisor, April Hibberd with a $4000 limit and increase executive card limit to $4000 from $3000 – Selectman Moritz seconded – roll call, Selectmen Moritz, Caplain, and Jensen – absent – chairman Boisseau and selectman Moore – motion passed.
Other
Selectman Jensen – textile recycling bin – Library and BES did not like idea of parking area spot. August placement – suggested moving bin to pool parking lot area.
Veronica Morris – Profile as an option? – Selectman Jensen – looking for a central location in town – Veronica Morris noted the lot gets packed. Selectman Jensen clarified it is not on parking spots, on grassy area next to lot.
Selectman Jensen made motion to allow bin in pool parking lot in appropriate spot – Selectman Moritz seconded – roll call – Selectmen Moritz, Caplain, and Jensen – absent – chairman Boisseau and selectman Moore – motion passed.
Mary Moritz – sealed Sand Bids for winter 2021.
John Seeley – $12 cubic yard delivered.
AB Excavating – screened sand pit – Dalton NH – 2000 cu/yard – $8.50 pickup, $13.80 delivered
Brett Jackson will look at sand before making judgement. There is a new supplier, and he will have to inspect the sand before giving his recommendation.
Postpone decision until next meeting.
Selectman Caplain made a motion to approve façade grant – Selectman Moritz seconded – roll call – Selectmen Moritz, Caplain, and Jensen – absent – chairman Boisseau and selectman Moore – motion passed.
Public input –
Rita Farrell – Candidate sign with one name last name on it? Issue with Sec of State? Selectman Moritz – believes it is secretary of state – Rita Farrell – Village store handicap space on 302 – question on location of space. Brett Jackson gave background. Rita Farrell has town made decision on road going to proposed Dalton Landfill? – Selectman Moritz – no comment as it is a legal matter – no speculation.
