MINUTES

6:00 PM

 

 

 

PRESENT: Kevin Roy, Kim Koprowski, and Chris Jensen.

Authorized absence: Alecia Loveless, Martie Cook, Chair Bruno, and Vice Chair Rodrigues

 

Kevin Roy explained that the meeting this evening was going to be postponed until August 10, 2022, due to lack of a quorum.

 

With a 7 member board 4 members make up a quorum.
