Present: Linda Moore, Veronica Morris, Sally Fitzgerald, and Sean Gawlik

 

Absent: Kevin Roy, Jerry Blanchard, Alecia Loveless

 

Linda Moore called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

 

Linda read a Notice of Application Withdrawal for the Senior Housing project submitted by Housing Initiatives of New England Corp.

 

 

Town of Bethlehem Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustments

NOTICE OF APPLICATION WITHDRAWL

 

The Bethlehem Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustments announce that Housing Initiatives of New England Corporation application to construct a new 32-unit Multi-Family Dwelling for Senior Housing on a portion of the former Sinclar Lot, has been withdrawn without prejudice. You are hereby notified ALL applications for this project have been closed.

The applicant will need to reapply should they wish to submit another proposal

Veronica Morris motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:01. Sally Fitzgerald seconded; a unanimous vote followed. Meeting adjourned.
