Present: Anthony Rodrigues, Linda Moore, Mike Bruno, Alecia Loveless, Kevin Roy, Martie Cook, and Sean Gawlik

Anthony Rodriguez opens the meeting at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Rek-Lis owners Marlaina Renton and Ian Dowling were before the Board to discuss a future expansion of the brewery. The goal is to increase production to meet the needs for both on-site sales and off-site retail sales. The time frame is 1 ½ to 2 years.
The Board reviewed the minutes from 3/22/23 and identified two discrepancies.
• Mike Bruno would like the clerk to confirm the square footage noted for the AHEAD project.
• Marite Cook pointed out that a vote was not recorded for the Cunningham Lot Line Adjustment.
