Present: Linda Moore, Alecia Loveless, Kevin Roy, Sean Gawlik, Sally Fitzgerald, Jerry Blanchard, and Veronica Morris

Absent: Angela Cleveland and James Gleason

Linda Moore opens the meeting at 6:00 pm

Julia Brabec and David Pickman are before the Planning Board to discuss the enforcement letter they received regarding their property located at 2055 Main Street. MS Brabec explained to the board that the building has not experienced a change of use and has continuously been operating as a retail location. The Planning Board apologized for any inconvenience.

The Clerk presented a draft letter written to Franz Szakmary regarding his gravel pit. The letter requests that Mr. Szakmary submit a plan for reclamation to the Planning Board within 60 days, otherwise the Planning Board will begin the reclamation process and use his $5,000 performance to cover the costs. A tax lien for the cost of any additional work beyond $5000 will be placed on his property.

The Board reviewed the minutes from 6/12/24. A motion was made and passed to amend the minutes to reflect Seans absence at the last meeting. Jerry Blanchard motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Linda Moore seconded; Alecia Loveless and Sean Gawlik abstained due to absence.

The Board discussed the new antique business that is operating out of Thomas Carter’s building at 2061 Main Street. The Board asked the clerk to contact NHMA to see if Mr. Carter needed to come in for another conceptual based on change of use.

The Clerk presented the current budget to the Planning Board for their review.

The Board discussed the Master Plan and scheduled the annual review for their next meeting on 7/24. At that time, they will also begin putting together a RFP for the upcoming Master Plan update. The Clerk will share resources for Master Plan writing with the Planning Board for the next meeting.

With there being no further business Alecia Loveless motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:29. Sean Gawlik seconded with all members voting to adjourn.
