Present: Anthony Rodrigues, Linda Moore, Kevin Roy, Sean Gawlik, and Jerry Blanchard, Alecia Loveless and Martie Cook
Absent: Mike Bruno

Anthony Rodrigues opened the meeting at 6:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Anthony appointed Jerry Blanchard as a voting member for tonight’s meeting.
Anthony opens the public hearing for a Lot Line Adjustment between the Diers Family Revocable Trust and the Lentini Trust.
Mark Vander-Hayden presented the plans on behalf of the Diers Family and explained that a recent survey discovered a discrepancy with the property line. The property owners came to an agreement where the Diers would be willing to make an adjustment to accommodate the Lentini’s deck, which had been partially built on the Diers land.
Linda and Alecia reviewed the application for completeness while Kevin checked the abutters list.
Alecia Loveless moved to accept the application as complete. Lind Moore seconded the motion which passed 7 – 0.
Anthony asked the board if they had any questions regarding the application.
Martie Cook suggested the application be conditionally approved based on a ZBA decision as the town lots were non-conforming for lot size. A second option of waving the ZBA approval was raised.
Martie Cook motioned to move forward as presented and waiving the non-conforming for lot size. Sean seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
Kaela Tavaras from North Country Council was present to give the Board an update on the Housing Opportunity Grant. The following items were discussed:
- Date from the Survey
- Plans for upcoming outreach and community events
- Meeting with town employees working with the Zoning Ordinance in order to have a better understanding of the in-house process.
The Board reviewed the minutes from May 24, 2023. Linda Moore motioned to accept the minutes as presented. Kevin Roy seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Alecia and Martie abstained due to absence.
Sean Gawlik motioned to adjourn the meeting with a second from Linda Moore. Motion passed unanimously.
