Zoning Board of Adjustments Meeting

Present: Andrea Bryant, Christopher McGrath, Ruth Heintz, David Van Houten, and Frank Pinter

Andrea Bryant opened the meeting at 6:02 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

The board reviewed the new ZBA Resource Library.

 

The board reviewed the minutes from April 11, 2023. David Van Houten motioned to accept the minutes as presented. Chris McGrath seconded with the full board voting in favor. Ruth Heintz and Frank Pinter abstained due to absence. Motion passed 3 – 0.

 

The board schedules the next meeting for August 1, 2023 at 5:00 pm

 

David motioned to adjourn the meeting. Ruth seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:13 pm
