6:00 pm
Present: Dave Wiley Co-Chair, Marie Stevenson, Johnathan Stevenson, David Rodrigues, Linda Moore, and Neil Brody.
Absent: Mike Bruno
Dave Wiley opened the meeting at 6:00pm. He read the public notice for Dreier/Tri county Cap lot line adjustment and then read the checklist.
Linda Moore went over the abutters list, and determined it to be complete.
Dave Wiley motioned to accept the checklist as complete. David Rodrigues seconded 6-0 motion carries
Gardner Kellogg was asked to present the Lot line adjustment for Tri County Cap. He explains that the land was needed to complete the septic, because of the nitrous acidity in the soil. The 3.45 acres would be added to the 5.88 currently owned by Tri Cap to make it a total of 9.33 acres.
There were no questions from the board or the public.
Mr. Wiley made a motion to accept the lot line adjustment application Marie Stevenson seconded 6-0 motion carries.
Lot line adjustment approved for Dreier/Tri County Cap.
Next on the agenda was a new date for the Arlington Deck.
Dave Wiley motioned to have a letter from NHMA made public regarding continuing a meeting.
John Stevenson seconded 6-0 motion carries
This letter will be kept in the Arlington file.
Dave Wiley made a motion to continue the Arlington’s Site Plan for the deck on August 9, 2017 at 6:00pm. John Stevenson seconded 6-0 motion carries.
Chris McGrath wanted the board to be aware of HB514 dealing with alternates to the elected boards.

Minutes from May 17, 2017 Dave Wiley motion to approve David Rodrigues seconded 5-1 motion carries Linda Moore abstained
Dave Wiley set the next meeting for the second Wednesday in July. July 12, 2017.
