Agenda
Mission: The Bethlehem Energy Commission was established for the study and planning of energy resources for the town. The commission will evaluate existing energy usage in the town and suggest possible improvements in energy efficiency and conservation, as well as potential clean renewable energy solutions in order to reduce expenses and increase self-reliance.
Review minutes from last meeting
Dan moves to accept July 6 minutes, David second. Unanimously accepted.
Town solar project The group reviewed the draft RFP for contractors to respond to. Highway Department has been contacted and has offered to assist with tree removal and grading.
TO DO:
- David will ask Josiah to put together usage tables
- Bruce will talk to Bethlehem Trail Assoc
- Bruce will run the RFP by PRIMEX
- David will be the contact person for all bidders
- Distribution of RFPs
- Bruce will ask Tim to post in newspaper and on website
- David will send us RFP version 2 by next week
